Quick-chinese Emacs extension

The last few weeks I have been spending in Taiwan at the great Dharma Drum Institute of Liberal Arts (法鼓山). Since classes and material are all only available in chinese, I finally couldn't help but start to seriously have a look at this language. Reading academic texts in chinese can at times be a tiring affair, especially if the characters do not look very familiar yet. Given the fact that certainly I will have to read a couple more chinese articles in future I decided to hack together a small popup dictionary for emacs inspired by the very useful Perapera chinese popup dictionary for Firefox/Chrome. You can find it here, along with a small description on how to install & use it.
